Option 1

An operator adds products to meeting room reservations

For example: There is a full day of meetings booked by the operator. The operator takes care of the resources that need to be booked for that day.

Option 2

A tenant adds products to a meeting room reservation (after their booking)

For example: A tenant booked a meeting room for a whole day.

The tenant can select the needed resources after their booking is completed. They will be redirected to the marketplace to be able to place the orders.

This format helps your members plan their meeting efficiently and get everything they need during their meeting.

A tenant purchases products straight from the marketplace

For example: A tenant needs to book a lunch for their day at the office today. They can do it straight from the marketplace, without the need to create a booking first.
