How it works: Sending e-invoices via Peppol
STEP 1
Check Peppol registration
Within your Billit account, verify if your customer is Peppol-registered by entering their VAT number.
STEP 2
Enable Peppol for customer
In your Zapfloor environment, toggle on the Peppol option for that specific customer.
STEP 3
Send your invoice
From then on, any e-invoice you send to this customer will automatically be delivered via the Peppol network — no extra steps required.
STEP 4
Confirm delivery in Billit
E-invoices will appear directly in your Billit account, ensuring everything is properly tracked and accounted for.
