What will you be doing?

  • General office management: you manage orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure that our office is well equipped.

  • Accounting tasks: you take care of the timely and accurate preparation and sending of invoices to our customers, you follow up on debtors and are the contact person for accounting regarding suppliers and customer invoicing.

  • HR tasks: in close cooperation with the social secretariat, you assist in carrying out various HR-related tasks such as managing payroll, drawing up contracts, fleet & mobile phone management and coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, liaising with external partners such as social inspection and occupational doctor.

  • Soft HR tasks: you will support in preparing evaluations, planning and facilitating training and performing other HR-related tasks.

  • You have experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.

  • You are independent, proactive and can multitask well.

  • You are communicatively strong and have a neat and professional appearance.

  • You have excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.

  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office and experience in using office automation systems.

  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and a good knowledge of English, both oral and written.
