Zapfloor 2022 in Review: Platform Enhancements, New Customers, and Team Development

As we say goodbye to 2022 and welcome in 2023, we at zapfloor would like to take a moment to reflect on the past year and the progress we’ve made. From platform updates and customer growth to team expansion and new partnerships, we are incredibly proud of all that we accomplished in 2022. We are grateful for the continued support of our customers and partners, and we are excited to see what the new year holds for us. We look forward to this year, and we wish you a happy and prosperous new year!

Platform revamps

With several updates and improvements to the platform, zapfloor had a busy year. One of the biggest milestones was the complete redesign of the subscription module. This new version is much more user-friendly and scalable and includes better reporting. The subscription module is a crucial aspect of the platform, as the customer’s data and their documents come together here. This redesign improves indexation, invoicing, and the introduction of new customers.

Another update that improves user experience is the new version of our meeting room booker. Instead of only being able to book in one way, you can now choose between different options, such as a calendar view and an image view. This improves performance and makes the process of booking a meeting room even more intuitive.

Thanks to our development team, it’s now even easier and more intuitive to add new integrations to our platform. Zapfloor has added Commuty, Peppol, Triggr, BlueID, ID Tech, and HID / Integriti to its integrations gamma. Want to discover which integrations we cover? Take a look at our integrations page.

Looking ahead, zapfloor is working on its new Marketplace module, which will be released in phases. The first phase has already been released and is being used by beta testers. In 2023, zapfloor will continue working on the second phase. Another upcoming feature is the introduction of workflows in the zapfloor platform, similar to no code automation platforms like Zapier, which will make it easier make it easier to implement you own unique workflows within your zapfloor account.

At zapfloor, we’re proud to have achieved a churn rate of just 3% last year, showcasing our commitment to customer satisfaction. We also have a diverse offering of 35 white-label apps available in the app store, catering to a wide range of users. Our user base has grown significantly, with over 69,000 verified zapfloor users. We’re excited to have grown our team as well, with 11 new members, with a particular focus on expanding our sales team. Team Growth

Lots of improvements on our platform, adding new customers and spreading our product to other countries, means that new employees were needed. With 11 new members of the team, this year was the biggest team growth in the last years. We even doubled our sales and development team.

Because we are expanding to countries across Europe, we like to hire team members from everywhere. We have added Italian, French, German, and even Danish-speaking team members to our forces.

At zapfloor, we like to boost our employees’ motivation with nice team events. Last month we organised our first big Christmas party since the pandemic for our team.
